Inspiring Quote

"Many things seem impossible until they are done." — Nelson Mandela

Why did you choose this field of work?

My work is far from monotonous office routines—every day brings something new, and that’s exciting. I particularly value the freedom to be creative and the absence of limitations. I’m inspired by the variety of projects I get to work on: one day, I’m promoting car batteries, and the next, I’m diving into the world of jewelry. It’s a constant process of learning and growth. I love helping brands stand out in the online space and building trust with their audience. Sometimes, it doesn’t even feel like work; it’s more like playing an engaging game where each project is a new level to conquer!

Describe your workspace—what tools do you use?

Oh, my go-to tools include Figma and Canva for creating visuals, as well as CapCut, InShot, and VN for video content. I also rely on analytical tools like Google Analytics and social media platforms’ built-in insights daily. And of course, I actively use AI tools for various purposes—after all, what’s modern work without them?

Can you elaborate on your approach to SMM?

My SMM approach is built on three principles: strategy, creativity, and analytics. It starts with a well-thought-out strategy that considers the brand’s goals, audience specifics, and market landscape. Next, I explore unique creative solutions to produce content that not only informs but also inspires and motivates. To ensure my efforts are effective, I constantly monitor performance metrics, analyze audience reactions, and adapt the strategy accordingly. In essence, my approach is a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical rigor. Only by combining these elements can we create impactful SMM campaigns that build strong connections between brands and their audiences.

How do you stay updated on trends?

I’m always on the lookout for new ideas, attending lectures, workshops, and training sessions. Right now, I’m taking a course called "SMM&TheCity." Continuous learning helps me stay on top of rapidly evolving technologies, keeping me a step ahead and ensuring the success of my work.

What’s your favorite part of working at TripleFork IT?

What I love most is the opportunity to create unique campaigns that not only achieve business objectives but also inspire audiences to engage with the brand. Every project is a chance to develop an effective strategy, craft captivating content, and build a strong community around a brand. I especially enjoy working on text content—words have the power not just to grab attention but to compel action. I strive to convey a brand’s ideas and motivate people through carefully crafted messages. The most rewarding part is seeing how all these elements come together to deliver real results and drive a brand’s success. It’s an incredible feeling that makes me fall in love with my work over and over again.

What does harmony in life mean to you, and how do you achieve it?

For me, harmony is the balance between body and soul, work and hobbies. Being an energetic person, I spend my free time actively: practicing yoga, going for bike rides, dancing, paddleboarding, and more. My constant drive for new experiences, forward motion, and love of life carry over into my work, making it even more meaningful and successful. Besides sports, I focus on personal growth, like learning Spanish. Currently, I’m improving my language skills by reading children’s books. You won’t believe it, but I recently finished The Little Prince in Spanish (with a dictionary, of course!). Admittedly, I had to reread some of the philosophical parts a few times. So, I’d say I achieve harmony and open new horizons through constant movement forward.
